Perform a variety of administrative and medical support functions within medical practice, alongside preparing and maintaining client medical records. Conducts one on one patient education and counseling and risk assessment prior to health screenings. Assists patients with information requests and provides resource materials. Demonstrates commitment to, and understanding of by modeling customer service excellence in all internal and external relationships and in the performance of all duties and responsibilities. Maintains current knowledge and skills necessary to answer questions or informed consent, STI’s, HIV, and clinical procedures.
